New bedroom

WARNING THIS IS A LONG POST SO YOU MIGHT WANT A CUP OF TEA OR SOMETHING AND SIT DOWN AND READ THIS :)

Hi guys so I know I haven't posted in a while that's because IVE BEEN DECORATING MY BEDROOM WHOO and today I thought as a little get back into blogging I'd show you guys my room so here it goes.

This is what you see right when you walk in and it's my bed. I have a small double bed because a double wouldn't fit. My duvet cover it's self which is a teal baby blue and white stripe is from next and it's reversable and on the other side is a teal ombrè much like my pillows which are also from next.

Then the cushion on my bed is this super cute tumblr ish cushion also from next ( I just really like next for bedding okay ahah) and it just says you me and the sea with a fake button, I just thought it was super cute and it fitted with my room really nicely.

Then there's my desk with a smaller set of drawers underneath it. Both of them are from ikea and they are the brand malm. The reason why I love this desk is because it has a drawer built in and in that is all of my makeup so I just sit at my desk and do my makeup on a morning.
My white chair is also from ikea but I can't find the brand sorry ;(.

This is just a close up of my makeup mirror which is the no7 makeup mirror and it has a zoomed in side plus a light which comes in handy in the winter. I keep my brushes in the ever so popular ikea plant pot. I got mine a little larger than most people as I feel I can expand my collection easier.

My brushes are just the real techniques core collection and starter set with my bare minerals foundation brush aswell I love them all because they are super soft and don't tug on my skin which is a plus because I have really sensitive skin!

Then on the other side of my desk is just a photo frame which is from ikea again :) and it just has a really funny picture of me and my friends in aha. Then I just have a silver lamp and a snow globe I got when I was about 6 or 7 from Cyprus.

My snowglobe was too cut not to do a close up on :)!!!

Then this is my wallpaper I don't know where it was from my mum ordered it as a little surprise touch to the room. It's just full of really cute and Cheesey quotes which I'm in love with.

I forgot to mention then just on my window ledge is my Yankee candle in vanila cupcake.

Last but not least on my wall I just have a photo collage I made with lots of memorable pictures then above that I have a white shelf that's not very full at the moment.

Incase you were wondering what's on my shelf I just have a bear with the number 13 from my birthday two years ago ( I'm turning 15 next March )

And I just have the john green book series with all of his books.

WOAH THAT WAS A LONG POST IF YOURE STILL HERE YOURE AMAZING :)

Bye guys I'll see you soon :)

Bareminerals READY SPF 20 foundation review

Hi guys so it seems  like forever since I've posted but I've just been so busy with school that I haven't had time to post and I've not had many ideas either. However IM BACK and I'm here today with a review for the Bareminerals READY SPF 20 foundation. Believe me when I say this product I amazing this is my second one. This is where I'm going to say I've never had any other foundation apart from this. It lasts SO long I had my old one from April last year to May this year so it lasted me over a year which I think is pretty good.

Even though I see most people use this as a finishing powder but I think it is perfect on its own as a foundation. It I powder do it does last a very long time. You can apply a very light coverage and build it up to create a very nice finish . As I am in high school I find this perfect for school because it doesn't look like you're wearing too much.. It is a very natural 'no makeup makeup' foundation.
This is what it looks like on me :)

However it is a little on the pricier side at £25 but I find it amazing and worth the money. I use this foundation with the bareminerals precision face brush.( look above at pictures) and it has the best finish I feel. my shade I R210 the lightest shade :)
ill se you in my next post
Bye xx ;)

Eye shadow look using the NAKED palette

Hi guys so today I'm going to be showing you my favourite eye shadow look to wear with the NAKED palette from urban decay. I know there are no pictures of me actually wearing the look this is because, I wasn't gin out of the house so I didn't feel the need to wear make up today. I'd also like to point out that because I am very pail this look is very natural on me. It is very perfect for school I wear this almost every day. Also because I wear glasses they tone down the colours a lot and just make it less noticeable for school which is good.  I think this palette retails for around  £37 I've had mine a while as well that's why it looks a bit worse for wear but, anyway lets get started.

So starting with the colour Sin on the real techniques base shadow brush, I believe that's what it is called, I'll just put this all over my lid and blend it up to the crease of my eye I don't like to go any higher really. This just gives a really nice pink flush to my lid. You could also use the mabyline colour tattoo in Eternal Pink I think it's called that just gives a really pink flush to the lid as well.
Next I like to take the colours Naked and Sidecar together on the real techniques crease brush, the reason why I take them both is just because Naked is your matte brown for the crease and Sidecar just gives a but more depth. Then I just apply them to the crease and blend them in with my lid colour. If I want a bare minimum I'll just use Naked. I don't go in with a outer V colour because I like y eye looks to be pretty natural.
Finally I'll take the lightest colour Virgin on the accent brush by real techniques and highlight my inner corner and brow bone. This just makes my eye look pop and make my eyes seem more awake. Although this is the only shade in the palette I've hit pan on, I might cry hehe!.

I'm not going to show everything else I do for now like eyeliner and mascara I'll make a whole different post on my whole face with everything else. Please  remember to follow me it would be much appreciated and I shall be back on Friday hope you all enjoyed thi for now byeeee !

Favourites of the momet #1

Hi guys so today I am doing my favourites of the moment I have a couple of things to show you and they're all really awesome. Sorry if I ramble a bit I'm really good at that kind of thing hehe! All of these products are available worldwide I believe so that's always a plus right.

First Aid Beauty ultra repair cream
So this is my first favourite of the moment it's the first aid beauty ultra repair cream. It is a facial and body moisturiser. I only use it on my face though. It is so think and moisturising. I bought this when I came back of holiday because a mix of airplane air and the products I took with me dried my skin out really bad. They also caused me severe break outs. For those who were wondering the products I took were the Clinique anti blemish solutions moisturiser and cleanser. I will do a separate blog post all about it and tell you what skincare products work well on dry skin, because that's what I have. Anyway that's a whole separate blog post. I told you I'd ramble hehe!
Next is the VO5 nourish my shine conditioner. This is so amazing it makes my hair so shiny and soft. I really want the shampoo version but I'm trying to use up my Soap and Glory glad hair day shampoo that I really love. I've noticed with this that my hair stays fresher for longer. Also it keeps my hair really straight because sometimes I do find straightening my hair a chore on school das because my hair is so long.

Next I have really gotten into primers recently, this is my first though. I don't think I could go without primer because it makes my makeup last so much longer and have such a nice finish. I think this is really good but it is slightly pricey. I do want to try the baby skin primer because it a dupe for the porefeshhonal. It glides onto the skin so smoothly and sits really nice on my skin.
I LOVE HOLISTER there is no way to explain my love and this is my favourite of the three I have. I own Silver Strand Beach ( the one above ) Crescent Bay and Tippers Beach. This just smells like summer and beaches just PARADISEE. I would just call it a really fresh typical Hollister smell.

ON TO THE RANDOM FAVEOURITES
So my absolute favourite blog of the moment is georgialouisebeauty her blog is AMAZIG I have literally read all of her posts at least twice! All of her tips and tricks are so cute. Her makeup taste is so cute, I literally want to buy everything she recommends. I may have to cave and buy a mac lipstick because her review was amazing.
My absolute favourite yotuber of the moment is meghanrsette or as most people call her Meghan Rienks. t looks like I'm not subscribed but I'm not signed in on my laptop hehe. eghan is such a lovely girl her personality is amazing she is just so funny and I love her style. I think 'm turning into her seriously I must be her long lost twin ahaha!

Anyway I hope you enjoyed tis post I know it was long but I enjoyed making it please make sure to follow me on my blog and on blogvin. I shall see you all on Wednesday bye ! ; )
