Current Skincare Routine

Hi guys so today I have my current skincare routine for you as my skincare has changed quite a lot as the winter months are in full swing my face becomes really really dry. So i need to keep my skin really hydrated so the dry patches don't go out of control. Firstly in the morning I'll wash my face with the clean and clear morning facial wash. (sorry i forgot to take a photo). This gets all the impurities out of my skin that may have settled into my skin while i was sleeping. Then when i have dried my face i'll go in with my Simple kind to skin cleanser on a large cotton padded I take this in circular motions all around my face this softens my skin so much I can't even tell you how soft it makes my skin feel. Then I go in with my Simple kind to skin toner again on a large cotton pad and in circular motions all around face. Then my morning moisturiser is the Simple kind to skin moisturiser this really adds a lot of moisture to my face and helps my makeup sit really nice on top of my skin. It also makes the very dry areas of my face less irritated than usual.

Then when it comes to removing my makeup I use the simple spotless skin quick fix wipes to remove my face makeup and then my simple cleanser to remove my eye makeup. I then take my cleanser on the rest of my face. I then follow up with my toner as well. Then to make sure my skin doesn't dry up overnight I use the first aid beauty ultra repair cream. I am not lying when i say this is THE best moisturiser if you have dry skin. It is a very thick consistency so a little goes a long way. It really adds moisture to my face and clears up my dry patches while I sleep. So i hope you all enjoyed my skincare routine.

Love you all...

My Everyday Makeup | georgiamae

Hi guys i'm back and today I'm going to be doing a post about the makeup I wear on a every day basis pretty much and this is also what I wear for school most days. So without my rambling let's get into it.

So firstly I moisturise my face with my first aid beauty ultra repair cream.fI really love this moisturiser as it hydrates my skin and primes it well for the rest of my makeup as I have really bad dry skin most of the time. Then I use the bare minerals ready SPF 20 foundation. This just gives the nicest coverage as its light/medium but build-able so if i feel like more coverage i can do so. This also feels like i'm not wearing anything on my face as it's so light. It is a powder foundation so it goes on very lightly which is perfect for something like school because you don't want too much makeup on. Then I would go in with my collection lasting perfection concealer to cover up my under eye area and cover any blemishes i may have. People do say not to use this with dry skin but I have no problem. This just gives a very full coverage look and it is very good at hiding spots. I do like to go over mine and set it with my foundation powder if I put it on my nose as my nose is rather oily compared to the rest of my face.

Then I move onto eyes and I do my eyebrows first. For this i use my benefit brow zings duo. I do have a rather light shade for my eyebrows but it does work okay as i just use the wax as I have rather defined eyebrows anyway. Then i wouldn't usually but eyeshadow on but on the day if i feel like it i would but generally not. I do however put a thin line of the soap and glory supercat eyeliner along my lash line to give my lashes a thicker look. I have done a review on that eyeliner you can check it out on my blog here. Then I just add some of Maybelline's Rocket mascara to add lots of volume to my lashes. Finally i would just add some of the Maybelline baby lips in intense care and i'm good to go.

Hope you all enjoyed reading. If you have any requests you would like me to post or products you'd like me to try leave them in a comment below
see you soon

Where Have I Been? | georgiamae

Hello everyone!
I know in my last post I said that I was going to commit to blogging more in 2015 and here we are at the start of February and I haven't posted yet. I do have reasons as to why I haven't blogged and it isn't laziness this time.

School has been super super busy for me recently. I've been frantic trying to get my art coursework ready for this coming Friday so you can imagine what most of my free time has been spent on.
Also i've just felt really uninspired as of what to post I had a few ideas but I felt that they weren't good enough. I also just generally hate the way my blog looks at the moment I feel that it doesn't look the best and you may agree. If you know of any ways to help re-vamp my blog please leave them in the comments as i'm not that technical but i have ideas. Also the weather hasn't been the best to where I live recently which as you can imagine means bad lighting. It is also the reason for my lack of posting over on instagram and the sudden theme change that i had part way through January. If you were wondering I do have a new theme on Instagram as of tomorrow so go give my account a little follow if you wish @georgiaa.mae

I won't spend this whole post ranting to you all about where i've been and how awful my blog looks but I do want to just say thank you for everyone who has followed even though there isn't many of you I love each and every one of you, whether you came from my instagram or you just stumbled across my blog. Thank you!

I shall hopefully see you soon I'm not putting a schedule on when i will post as I know I probably won't stick to it due to how busy I am at the moment. See you all soon

Soap and Glory Supercat Eyeliner review

Hi guys so today I'm going to be doing a review on the Soap and Glory Supercat eyeliner which I recently purchased. You. Should count yourselfs lucky this hasn't been posted on my Instagram yet :).

Anyway getting on with the review this eyeliner claimed to be "carbon black extreme eyeliner pen" and I agree with this it really is very black and it stays on all day. I don't have a picture of me wearing it as the lighting wasn't that good and I wanted to get this up for you guys tonight sorry. It stays on my eyes for a long period of time and it is surprisingly easy to get off.

For school all I do is just a thin line on my upper lash line and it honestly looks so pretty. The main reason I bought this was because non of my other liquid eyeliners are as thin and I want to have it for my costume on Halloween it really works.

Sorry it's a short one today guys
Love you all

Beauty Wish list

Hi guys so today I'm going to be showin you everything I'm lusting after at the moment and describing what tw products are.

M.A.C Studio Sculpt Foundation
I've been eyein this up for a while now and I'm still debating whether or not to buy it but, this is a very medium to full coverage foundation and it dries semi matte. Obviously the price tag is quite a lot because it's mac and it's £27 I believe. Maybe you'll see this soon.

M.A.C Lipsticks:
I don't own any mac lipstick believe it or not and I really want to try some and for certain I'm off shopping soon an picking one up.  For a neutral I would like to either pick up Hue or Peach. blossom however, Russian Red has really caught my eye amount other bloggers recently.

Urban Decay Naked 2 Pallete:
I have the naked 1 and I love it to death like I've hit pan on three shades already!! I want to purchase the naked two because I find the shades in it suit me because I have a couple of shades in the colour range. I just really love Urban Decay in general.

Sleek Blush by 3:
Moving off the more high end items to drugstore I have really been eyeing up sleeks blush palletes. The shade.. Trio idek.. Pink lemonade really interest me because it has a cream blush in the middle which is very handy.

Makeup Revolution 32 piece eyeshadow palette:
Even though this is cheap I'm really scepticle about shopping online but this is a very big eyeshadow palette with lots of neaural shades some being very autumnal. However some people say it is a bit chalky but I do want to try it and give my opinions.

That's all for today guys I'm re/modelling my blog a bit so there's no photo at the end today :)
Love you all bye

Revlon Colour Burst Balm Set

Hi everyone so I've been away for a while I know and I said if be back but I got really sick and yeah let's get on with the post.

So I got this revlon set on the airoplane in May but because my mum works on the airline she found out they were still available and I just wanted to tell you guys about them.

It is a really good set I believe I picked them up for around £13 ish which you basically get one free and you have a really wide range of colours. I find I use the middle pink one a lot more as it is more of a neutral but the others are really pretty shades too.

Here are the shades swatched don't mind the eyeshadow swatch at the bottom of my hand :). I love the bottom one it's just so beautiful. The orange one is my least favourite because of how opake it is I would rather it be a lot shearer.

Here are the shades, I actually read the names because they're so small but the lightest pink is 001 and the more vibrant pink is 025 and then the orange
Is 040.

Hopefully I don't get sick again so I can post soo aha see you guys soon

Simple Skincare | First Impressions

Hi guys so I picked up my first products from simple the other day and so far I'm pleased with my purchase so far. I got the kind to skin rich moisturiser, the kind to skin purifying cleansing lotion and the kind to skin soothing toner. I got them on 3 for 2 at boots which is amazing so if you're interested get into boots now .

So first is the kind to skin rich moisturiser which retails for £3.99 which is a really good price for a moisturiser and the quality is really good. I've only used this twice as I'm using up my first aid beauty ultra repair cream first. However I am really impressed so far.

Next is the kind to skin purifying cleansing lotion, this retails for £2.99 which is a real steal! I've used this every morning and night since I've got it and my skin has considerably improved it feels so soft and some of my redness has gone down a lot. I will continue to use this into my everyday routine.

Lastly is the kind to skin soothing toner. This retails for £2.99 this is really well priced!!! This product has to be my favourite of the three things I bought because I feel as if it's really working on my skin it soothes it really nice and gets right into my skin and makes it really soft.

So that's all got today guys I'm really stepping up my blogging game at the moment so expect a post on Wednesday yay bye guys...
